Upper Stage of LDCM Rocket Arrives at Vandenberg Air Force Base
- Sept. 19, 2012 • On Friday, Sept. 14, 2012 United Launch Alliance (ULA), the LDCM launch vehicle provider, delivered the upper stage of the LDCM Atlas V 401 launch vehicle, called the Centaur, to Vandenberg Air Force Base, California. Previously, on August 27, 2012 the Atlas V booster (Stage 1) was delivered to Vandenberg.
