NASA Associate Administrator Mentions Landsat in New Years Message

Dr. Alan Stern, the Associate Administrator for NASA’s Science Mission Directorate delivered a New Years Message on Jan. 4, 2008 in which he mentioned the Landsat Data Continuity Mission. Speaking about NASA’s accomplishments during 2007, Stern said, “We also have the continued development of 6 new NASA Earth science missions and a new Landsat mission moving toward launch.”
